Her grandmother was a resident of within the slums of Manila until she turned three. Her adoptive parents are both native Filipinos. Her white American father is a military experience. She has claimed that she and the brother that she was with were subject to abuse by their adoptive parents from her childhood until she joined the army. She and her family moved to Texas in the year thirteen because her father was undergoing bypass surgery. They stayed for a few months in San Francisco with her aunt. The actress started her YouTube as well as Twitter accounts during the time after signing up to TikTok to benefit from her rising fame. Poarch's burgeoning fame peaked during the month of December. She reportedly piqued the interest of two professional Esports teams. FaZe Clan, 100 Thieves have both expressed interest for her to work as a freelance creator of content for their brands.
