Malin Akerman is a Swedish actress and model from Sweden. She was born the 12th of May 1978 in Stockholm. Her family was raised on the Canadian border in Ontario, Canada. Akerman is well-known for her performance in Watchmen as Laurie Jupiter/Silk Spectre II. Akerman was Lara Axelrod on the notorious television series Billions. In the film Guardians as well as Deplorability she's known as a character in scenes when she is naked. Akerman started her career as a model, before transforming to acting.
