Anita Barone

Barone was in the fourth season of Seinfeld episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham a chef who wanted Elaine Benes shoes. She was in the cast of Carol & Company in early 1990s, alongside the actress Carol Burnett. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's husband in Friends' first ever appearance. Jane Sibbett took over her character after Barone left the show in order to concentrate on her full-time job. She played the role of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season from 1995 to 1996 and The War at Home, between 2005 and 2007. In 2000 Barone played a part in the sitcom Daddio. The credits on her television show are Desperate Women, Curb Your Exuberance Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Her work in the film One Last Ride earned her the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Methodfest in 2005. Three years later, following the time that The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone was cast in a regular role in Shake It Up, a Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Her husband, actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who is the ex-husband of the character played by Barone.
